3 Simple Steps for a Valid Return
Mandatory Unboxing Video & Proof
- To protect against damages or missing items, you must record a video while opening your package.
- The video must show the courier label and the product being removed from the box.
- No video = No refund. This is for the security of our handmade inventory.
Shipping & Delivery Charges
- Original Delivery: Charges paid to send the item to you are non-refundable.
- Return Delivery: You will pay the courier to send the item back. However, if the return is approved after inspection, we will refund your return shipping cost!
- Suggestion: We recommend using Leopard Courier for the fastest and safest processing.
Inspection & Processing Time
- Once we receive the item and the Courier Return Slip, we will inspect the jewelry.
- Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days after approval.
