Orders & Shipping
Currently, we ship within Pakistan only.
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.
Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Customized items, sale items, and products that show signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
Products & Craftsmanship
Yes. Most of our jewelry and accessories are handmade or hand-assembled with care. Minor variations may occur, which are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship.
We use a combination of crystal beads, faux pearls, quality beads, metal findings, and decorative charms. Material details are mentioned on each product page where applicable.
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of the items.
